“Your heart must not be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in Me.” John 14:1.
Being troubled doesn’t change the circumstances. It usually doesn’t even change the outcome. The only thing trouble can change is your present condition. Your thought processes can swiftly change from tranquility to anxiety. It can change in a moment’s thought. Jesus wants you to believe the heavenly Father knows what’s best for you. It was God who gave His best for you. He gave you Jesus. Jesus gave His best for you. He gave Himself. Why be troubled anymore? You have been given the best by the Father and Son, who know you best.
